Igans, a name not soon forgotten when associated with the ice blue eyes of the elven mage. His plans and purpose are as hard to grasp as he is - literally - he often uses some kind of teleportation spell to get around quickly.

General Physical Condition
Slender, almost thin with long fingers, almost unsettlingly long.

Very narrow proportions, very long proportions too. He's a bit tall, even for an elf.
Facial Features
Distinctively icy-blue eyes and elegant ears that point backwards a bit, not sticking out like is common in some lower elves.
Physical quirks
Rarely moves his hands at all when not casting.
Apparel & Accessories
Silver threaded blue silk robes, closed at the front with intricate detailing along the collar and yoke. The sleeves too, are set into the main part of the garment with particular skill and also detailed at the cuffs. Under this split-front robe he wears fitted, but not tight, silk pants in white or silver, and soft grey leather shoes. He sometimes carries a grey leather satchel.
