Mild Stimulant. Tea contains caffeine, a mild stimulant that can be used to prevent exhaustion. The user can forgo one level of exhaustion.
Addictive. If used regularly the user has to keep taking it. The amount needed increases slightly, and the user has to spend 10 times the basic cost per week.
Withdrawal. If addicted and not used regularly the user can become irritable and not sleep properly. This gives the user disadvantage on general Charisma rolls, and Deception rolls.
Intolerant. Some users are intolerant of caffeine, leading to abdominal problems (temporary), and migraines. They have disadvantage for 24 hours on Constitution rolls.

Caffeine is a stimulant found in a few different plants, and the main plant used for it is tea. Usually found in the Far East and in the odd other region surrounding the Silk Road.
