Partial Spell Immunity. The cenobite has advantage against spells and other magical effects.   Inured to Pain. The cenobite has advantage on saving throws that cause physical damage.   Marked for Exquisite Torture. At the beginning of combat, the cenobite marks one creature within 30 feet it can see. All attacks against this creature grants an additional 7 2d6 necrotic damage. Only one creature can be marked this way during combat.   The Bell Tolls. When the cenobite first arrives, the sound of a tolling bell can be heard and what sounds like a baby crying. For the first turn of combat, the creatures that hear it has disadvantage.

Actions

Multiattack. The cenobite makes two attacks with it's Torturer Tools.   Torturer Tools. Melee Weapon Attack +7 to hit, reach 5 ft, one target. Hit 9 2d6+2 slashing damage.   Unique Torturer Tools. Ranged Weapon Attack +7 to hit, range 20/60 ft, one target. Hit 15 2d12+2 slashing or piercing damage (cenobite chooses), plus 7 2d6 necrotic damage.

The Cenobites (or Surgeons of Pain to others), and interdimensional fiends who find exquisite pleasure in extreme pleasures & pains of the flesh. They are dressed in strange black garments with some exposed flesh, usually showing extreme body modification. Each cenobite worships Leviathan, and summoned to the Material Plane in extreme rituals of bloodletting, or solving strange puzzles that are linked to a specific cenobite. Sometimes more than one appears, and are usually linked by one being the master of a small cloister of others he or she has inducted. They all belong to an organisation called The Order Of The Gash.
