The haemovore can wrap itself around a creature after a successful Bite attack (escape DC 12). The victim that is grappled can only be Large or smaller in size, and is rendered as Grappled. The victim has the chance to roll to escape at the end of their own turns.
Haemovores are large, reddish, intestine-shaped worms. They're mouths are lined with sharp pointed teeth in three rings. Very strong, they usually latch on to a creature, with their mouth sinking their teeth in and sucking out bodily fluids. Found in wet / damp environments, including swamps, forest & jungle areas, and alongside rivers & lakes.
