Land Title Deed

The bearer of this title deed can own a parcel of land no larger than two acres.  The bearer can choose either a prebuilt building or a parcel of land. If the latter is chosen, then he or she can build a private dwelling on said parcel covering an area no bigger than the two acres. It can be used to build a property and farm the rest. Any ores or mining carried out on property are at risk of being partially seized by the Crown. The owner holds said freehold parcel in the name of the Crown.   If the former is chosen, it can be modified to suit the taste of the occupant, and any attached land can be farmed. Any ores or mining carried out on property are at risk of being partially seized by the Crown. The owner holds said freehold parcel in the name of the Crown.   In either case, the property can be commandeered by the Crown or one of its named representatives for very specific purposes (such as in times of war). Also, if the bearer breaks the law and stripped of citizenship & becomes an outlaw then it can be removed. On that note, the Crown may in its wisdom, strip the occupier and their family off said freehold parcel as and when they find it appropriate to do so. Any blood family or dependants may reside in the property at their leisure and must declare who they are up to three days after the present bearer should perish. If it should happen that none comes forward during this period, then it reverts back to the Crown, for them to do whatever they see fit with said parcel.
