The pouch produces 1d4 spell components a day by saying a spell name over it. It has 6 charges but needs the 1d4 roll each time its used. The roll counts as one charge. These are recharged after a long rest. If it is reduced to zero charges for any reason, a Fey creature that uses magic from the Unseelie Court can be bribed to restore it. Each time it produces a single component it is enough to cast a single spell that uses the component.

The pouch is a simple leather belt pouch with Sylvan gold lettering on the front saying what it is. Most mages of will have heard of them in passing but will not generally use one, in case the pouch produces too much, and/or looses its charges. After all the Unseelie Court can be even more fickle than any Fey group. Many were created by them for their own use although they are not that common amongst other groups.
