Blood Frenzy. The sahuagin has advantage on melee attack rolls against any creature that doesn't have all it's hit points.   Limited Amphibiousness. The sahuagin can breathe air and water, but it needs to be submerged at least once every 4 hours to avoid suffocating.   Shark Telepathy. The sahuagin can magically command any shark under 120 ft of it, using a limited telepathy.

Actions

Multiattack. The sahuagin makes two melee attacks; one with it's bite and one with it's claws or spear.   Bite. Melee Weapon Attack +3 to hit, reach 5 ft, one target. Hit 3 1d4+1 piercing damage.   Claws. Melee Weapon Attack +3 to hit, reach 5 ft, one target. Hit 3 1d4+1 slashing damage.   Spear. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack +3 to hit, reach 5ft. or range 20/60 ft, one target. Hit 4 1d6+1 piercing damage, or 5 1d8+1 piercing damage if used with two hands to make a melee attack.

Predatory & piscine best describes the sahuagin, a cross between human & fish is another, and temperament of a shark. They worship shark gods, and a common god is Sekolah. Only their females are worthy to become clerics of Sekolah, and hold tremendous authority in their communities.   They dwell in the deepest parts of the oceans, rising to attack other species, especially Elves (in particular Sea Elves). When carrying out an attack they use a sea horn to call others to battle, especially on land. Each raid, and community even, is generally led by a warlord with four arms instead of two, and as a race they are driven into a frenzy when there is the smell of blood.
