Satyrs are a race of humanoids with the legs & horns of goats, and pointed ears. They are an embodiment of merriment, and have strong connections to the Roman & Greek gods, as well as to the Feywild. They are found in these countries, Planes & worlds in varying numbers. They have a strong connection to the Greco-Roman god called Bacchus, deity of wine and festivity. The satyrs accompany Bacchus representing lust, while their counterparts maenads are dancing girls or nymphs, though likely the female equivalent.
