Star Spawn Damned Ones

Star Spawn Damned Ones are mortal followers of the Star Spawn. Making up mortal cults they summon and converse with the Spawn themselves, and the odd Star God. Repeated exposure leads to the twisting of mind, body and soul. The effects can be debilitating and usually fatal for most.
The Damned Ones are lost on this path for eternity unable to escape the effects of the Far Realms. Most die of as this energy warps their bodies to such an extent that they can't physically cope with it. A few are took for use by the Star Spawn themselves and are possessed.
The remainder though are twisted parodies of living creatures, warped and changed into strange creatures more akin to living nightmares. Each of them appear moulded into different shapes ranging appearing like a corpse, limbs, skin & organs changing in their structural shapes or melting together into perverse multiuse corruptions of the separate parts. Insides can appear outside the body as well. All in all, they are truly grotesque.
Nearly all don't feel pain, or just dulled down to it. They usually stay away from the eyes outside the cult and are treated as the lowest of the low only good as slaves & expendable chattel. Most cults of relatively decent size has a few of these creatures in their ranks as their devotion to the Star Spawn kin outstrips others.
When they are found by authorities, they are generally killed on sight even  though doing so still doesn't stop the spread of the cults. Thruly they are most degenerate and pitiful creatures out of the Star Spawn for even being killed in this way does not slow them spreading.

"We found one of them wandering around just outside town to the south. Haggard with it's skin from it's face grown into it's chest. Little clothes as well, and no hair. Looked like a zombie at first until we got close and it tried to talk in a strangled voice. Sounded as if it only knew basic Frankish if at all.
Was glad to put it out of it's misery but that's life here, whatever that thing was.
Was told later that it may have came from a hamlet to the south the Star Spawn corrupted. Likely some mortal who soaked up too much of the latent energy that remained there. Warped it it did."
