Count de'Ath,
I know I can trust you with this. I need you to carry out a delicate task for me.
Concerning news has reached me about a Willhelm Zerstoren, the High Elf Saxon that turned traitor. I know the Lord Grimmaz Fyrwin is keeping an eye on him, and having some bother keeping him out of 'mischief'. I want you to oversee collecting information on this Zerstoren fellow. After what I heard through the Papacy, and what their priest Father Tossil has said. They are concerned, and so am I. He has been disruptive, and belligerent to members of the Church, and they have noticed him trying to gather strange texts & objects. They have also noticed that he has a strange 'little companion' he called Quatson before 'accidentally' killing it. And in front of a priest!
I hope that you don't find anything there involving him as a double agent for our enemies and a worshipper of dark entities. If he does we may have to outlaw him, or execute him. 
Use any means necessary and you have carte blanch to carry out your duties. Speak with Tossil, and if need be approach Lord Fyrwin too if need be. It will also be good to know where he stands on all of this. I know Zerstoren has asked the Black Elves of the Valley of the Black Ones to supply him with a few mercenaries. Use our contacts there to make sure he gets a few, and get them to report any suspicions to us as per our agreements with them. And make sure if he does try anything idiotic, that a knife ends up in his back or poison in his cup.
