Goblin Warrior

Wiry and wicked, goblin warriors are the embodiment of feral cunning. Their red eyes gleam with malice as they stalk through the underbrush, chattering in their guttural tongue, eager to strike at the unsuspecting. With scavenged armor and jagged blades, they rush into battle not with honor or bravery, but with the chaotic energy of those who revel in destruction. A single goblin warrior is little more than a nuisance, but in numbers, they are a swarm of mischief and malice—capable of turning the tide of a battle through sheer savagery and trickery.

Basic Information

Ecology and Habitats

Goblin warriors are commonly found in dense forests, rugged hills, and underground warrens, where their small size and agility give them an advantage in navigating tight spaces and complex terrain. They thrive in areas with natural hiding spots such as caves, abandoned forts, or overgrown ruins. These habitats provide them ample cover and opportunities for ambushes, making it difficult for larger or more organized forces to flush them out.

Behaviour

Goblin warriors are notorious for their cunning and opportunistic nature. They rarely engage in open combat unless they have superior numbers or an overwhelming tactical advantage. These goblins tend to travel in small, tight-knit bands led by a chieftain, often raiding nearby settlements for food, weapons, or valuable resources. They exhibit a remarkable ability to organize quickly in response to threats, using ambushes, hit-and-run tactics, and traps to harass larger or more powerful foes. When under the command of a powerful leader, such as a goblin lord or king, their behavior becomes more disciplined, amplifying their inherent danger.
