Personal history

Korag was born into a small hobgoblin tribe, living in the rugged, unforgiving lands of Pyrovia. From a young age, it was evident that Korag possessed a keen intellect that set him apart from other members of his species. While most hobgoblins relied on brute strength and military prowess, Korag showed a deep curiosity and an innate talent for strategy and tactics.
As he matured, Korag's tribe recognized his unique abilities and chose to send him to a military academy in Stormreach. This diverse environment expanded his horizons, exposing him to different perspectives and combat techniques.
Upon graduation, Korag joined the Ironfang Legion, a multi-racial military organization dedicated to conquest and power. Korag's strategic mind quickly earned him a respected position among the legionnaires. He rose through the ranks by leading successful campaigns and planning daring raids.
The turning point in Korag's life came during the Ironfang Legion's campaign against the town of Coalridge. The campaign ended in disaster, resulting in a humiliating retreat and heavy losses. Korag watched as his dreams of a united hobgoblin nation crumbled before him. Filled with remorse, he parted ways with the legion and began his quest for a new purpose.
Haunted by the memory of his failed ambitions, Korag now travels in search of redemption and a way to heal the divisions among his people. His keen intellect, honed through his diverse experiences, makes him a thoughtful and skilled strategist. As he joins the competition within the demon's challenge, he hopes to find answers that may help him reconcile his past and forge a new future for his people.
