Zombie
From the depths of decay and rot, the abominable zombie emerges. Once living, now mere vessels of undeath, these creatures shuffle forward with unholy purpose. Their vacant eyes devoid of emotion, their flesh mottled and torn, they are a haunting reminder of mortality's fragility. A foul stench surrounds them, a nauseating miasma of decay and stagnant air. They are the remnants of lives extinguished, cursed to roam the world in an eternal state of unquenchable hunger. Beware their relentless advance, for they know no rest, their existence forever bound to the darkness that birthed them.
Basic Information
Ecology and Habitats
Zombies are commonly found in areas tainted by death and decay, such as ancient burial grounds, haunted crypts, and forsaken battlegrounds. These reanimated corpses wander aimlessly, driven by a dark and insidious force that animates their lifeless bodies. They often gather in hordes, their numbers growing as they infect and transform unfortunate victims into more of their kind.
Behaviour
Zombies are mindless and driven solely by their insatiable hunger for living flesh. Their movements are slow and clumsy, yet they possess an eerie resilience, capable of withstanding significant physical damage. They relentlessly pursue any living beings within their vicinity, driven by an unyielding instinct to feed. Though devoid of intelligence, they exhibit a twisted sense of coordination, often attacking in groups to overwhelm their prey.
