De'Azsh

  Little is known of De’Azsh. Some say he, or it, is an apparition, while some rumours speak of an ancient abhorrent matrimony between humanoids of deviant nature. Others say he is a stray spawn of shadows incarnate. Hobgoblin, Kobold, Svartálfr, Imp - many are the names which have been ascribed to De’Azsh over the years. The cretinous populace of the Twilight Kingdoms know few boundaries to their imagination and superstition. However, unbeknownst to most mortals, ancient and forgotten scrolls in the Tower of Arcane Mysteries tell cryptic tales of an ancient being. A menacing, brooding force, known as the Soulseeker. Manifested in the flesh in the world of the living, and able to traverse time and space through the ethereal planes; De’Azsh the Soulseeker gathers the life-force of unknowing creatures and humanoids. The soulless roaming husks of those harvested, live the cursed remainder of their wretched lives in fear, anguish and nightly terrors, only to slowly descend into eternal oblivion. None can foresee the affliction or its cause, until the day the victim’s eyes turn pitch black with their last breath. De’Azsh the Soulseeker is an entity of mysterious purpose and nefarious ways, yet a vehement ally of unsurmountable potency.
