Aligned Humans
The modern evolution of the human is the most consistent with the humans of old. As with other the other races of The First Five, the easiest way to determine the human is by ear shape, humans having free arched earlobes with a normally rolled helix. Other common human traits would be mesomorphic body types, and eyes of brown, blue or green, thought this is much more variable and not definitive. Additionally, aligning does not have any effects on a humans age, unlike the other races.
aligning causes a human to gain access to their conduit, and can begin to sculpt it. As stated above, the act of aligning does not affect their age, but it does have the most powerful trait boost, as humans tend to get generally better at all aspects of their function, making them a step above their unaligned kin in almost every way. Only specialists in each trait, like athletes and geniuses, can outdo a freshly aligned human, while an artisan level sculptor can reach heights that a common human would find beyond impossible.
Ability Score Increase. Your ability scores each increase by 1.
Age. Humans reach adulthood in their late teens and live less than a century.
Size. Humans vary widely in height and build, from barely 5 feet to well over 6 feet tall. Regardless of your position in that range, your size is Medium.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
Languages. You can speak, read, and write English and one extra language of your choice. Humans typically learn the languages of other peoples they deal with, including obscure dialects. They are fond of sprinkling their speech with words borrowed from other tongues: Spanish cussing, Orc curses, Japanese quotes, Elvish musical expressions, French exclamations, Dwarvish military phrases, and so on.
