The Beginning, God of Gods and Creation was the last god created by the Proteans at the end of the Protean Cradle. This god was built to be the ultimate lawful good figure, and the leader of The Protean Pantheon. During the Rise of Free Will, The original Beginning protected The Proteans as they made their escape during the Protean Exile. This put him into a conflict with the rest of the gods, as they sided with the mortals.
In a flash of irony, The Beginning was the first God to be killed.
The Mantel of The Beginning is a gyroscope like device that moves on its own accord matching the movements of celestial bodies within The Rokanos System.
