The Skywatcher, God of Dragons and Flight
(a.k.a. The Dragon Lord)
The Skywatcher was created more as a complement to the dragon race than as a force to govern them. The dragons were different than other races created during the Protean Cradle as instead of being created as reflections of different aspects of The Divine Architecture, there were infused with the very essence of it. To try and govern over a force so inherently driven by The Divine Architecture was seen as pretentious, so instead The Skywatcher's purpose was instead to watch over them as a protector. As for all other creatures of the sky, and the very act of riding the winds, The Skywatcher represents their race at the The Sanctum of the First Chosen.
The Mantel of the Skywatcher represents a Protean dragon scale.
