After the Protean Cradle and the Protean Ascension, The Proteans gathered the Highmortals of Kreigh, as well as The Protean Pantheon. This meeting took place in a large open valley on Kreigh that later became the home of the city of Volaris, the founding city of what would ultimately become the Drassnian Empire.

The Protean Pantheon and The Proteans came together with the Highmortals  and began a two year period of sharing of information between all three parties. The Protean Pantheon still had many question and the were still coming into their own with their new godhood. The Highmortals was curious of both The Protean Pantheon and The Proteans for all the knowledge they had to share about the world, magic, life and survival.   A subtle nervousness could be felt amongst both the Highmortals and The Protean Pantheon as they had begun to become fearful of The Proteans.   The Proteans had never shown aggression in any way, but their lack of experience in some aspects had become more apparent. While they had created all of mortality, they had never experienced it. They didn't understand the weight of loss that mortals had just started to get their first tastes of.
