Saddle Bags
Many of the Unknown's peoples have taken to the domestication of animals. That has inevitably led to the training of riding mounts and the need to have mounted individuals carry things. Each culture handles this differently, prioritizing different aspects of the saddle and saddle bags to do different tasks.
Sto Syaa
The sto syaa of the Niechela consists of two parts: the Sto Sdi, a long riding blanket that is laid over the animal to protect it from the saddle with padded areas to which grommets are affixed; and up to three Sto Syaa, a form of purpose crafted modular containers. The sto sdi's grommets allow the sto syaa to be tied onto it. Two bags can be mounted behind the saddle, and a third can be mounted before the saddle. Each bag is smaller and stores less than a Graj, but the containers are useful nonetheless. Both the sto syaa and the sto sdi are constructed of honeyed-leather for all outward facing areas, and the sto sdi has a quilted fabric side that faces the mount to avoid chafing and bruising.
