Saddle

Saddles differ in materials, construction and aesthetic among the different peoples of The Unknown. A saddle of some sort, that is sized appropriately for the creature it is used on, is considered necessary equipment for the Ride skill.

Sto Slouf

The Niechela ride a variety of creatures, with each village either taming and raising or trading for mounts to ride. As such saddles vary but are all called "sto slouf" (literally riding seat) and are made of leathers which are invariably intricately decorated and fancifully-dyed cloth.
