Red Lizards

Red lizards are giant burrowing reptiles that live in the Arid Waste. They are ferocious, venomous, covered in thick horned scale and weigh as much as a cow. Red lizards are one of the more feared denizens of the deserts and are best avoided at all costs. They have deep networks of tunnels under the rocks of the waste where they live in large matriarchal packs. Red lizards are known to sneak into livestock pens and villages to snatch goats and children, though if hungry enough will attack anything they think they can eat... which is anything.
