Strange Lights in the Dark Tower

Sailors arriving in Marmella from the northern ports beyond Illium have been telling tales of strange lights in the ruins near the marshes. The ruins in question can only be the Tower of the Old Ones, a dark and terrible place home to the Eldritch Hand. Though once an infamous cult who boasted the power to commune with the Titans they are believed to be dormant. Until now.
There's no telling what the lights are but it can only spell discord. It's believed the Legion dispatched Inquisitors to investigate the source.
