Branson "Phlox" Fagles is a high-ranking officer in the Krasian Peacekeepers, the police force of the Meritocracy. He is big, blunt, and bearded. He knows how to fill a room and keep people laughing in that room, which may be why he has never been questioned on the legalities of his personal transportation company the "Indigo Travel Agency". The Indigo Travel Agency officially runs cargo shipments in and out of Krasian space, but it is widely known that the best way to get in or out of Krasian territory is in the smuggling hold of a Indigo ship.
