Sprin

Sprin is a physical enhancement drug exported from Paphadis. It’s use is universally banned and prohibited from all Core Systems and usage is a Class-1 punishable offense even within corporate entities such as FreeST Mining Corp.   A single dose has been known to make humans capable of superhuman-like feats, making it the most potent combat enhancement drug on the market. However, the risk of Sprin is the One-Dose Addiction possibilities as well as the incredibly high chance of it liquefying your internal organs when it has run its course. It is commonly used in criminal organizations or warbands on unregulated worlds in the Rim, very often on unwilling subjects to create instant combatants.

Usage

Holding a Vial of Sprin grants the wielder the Stunt: "Take Sprin" for free.

Action + Consume Sprin Vial: Immediately gain Sprin Rampage Aspect. Roll 5+FD, the Sprin Rampage Aspect immediately gains that number of Invokes.

Aspect: Sprin Rampage

The Aspect grants the equipped character the following Stunts for free.

Superhuman Power

Gain a Bonus equal to 1+ the number of unused Invokes on the Sprin Rampage Aspect to all Physical Checks.

Ticking Clock

Passive: Remove 1 Invoke at the end of every turn of the attached character after the 1st.

Uncontrollable Rage

Free Action - Compel: Anytime a character holding the Sprin Rampage Aspect doesn't use their action to make an Attack on their turn, they immediately take 1 Mental Stress. This may be resisted as a Compel with a Fate Point.

Unending Rampage

Passive: When the last Invoke is used, roll Physique check vs the number of Invokes used. When the last Invoke is used, roll Physique check vs the number of Invokes used.
  • Success: Roll 4+FD, add that number of Invokes as a new line on the Aspect.
  • Success with Style: Remove the Sprin Rampage condition. Fall unconscious for a number of hours equal to the number of used Invokes on the Sprin Rampage Aspect.
  • Failure: Take that number as immediate Physical Stress, non-reducible by Armor or Shields. Roll 4+FD, add that number of Invokes as a new line on the Aspect.
  • Crit Failure: Death. Immediate Aneurysm or Heart Attack.
