The Plastike Society, or Guild of Plastic Surgeons in layman's terms, is the repository for all of the latest marvels of reconstructive and cosmetic surgery. The recent advances in medicine have made cosmetic surgeries more popular than ever in the Core. This booming society started off as a conglomeration of skilled doctors from Earth, but the surge in "designer facial reconstruction" have boosted the organization to new heights.
Every major city in the Core has at least one member of the Plastike Society operating under the board's oversight. If you want to look like someone else entirely, even for a little while, you simply have to look up their local representative for the best quality care. Despite the rising costs due to the rising demands, the board is very strict about finding rogue cosmetic surgeons and cracking down on the criminal enterprises for the safety and security of all involved.
