Ursus

Ursus is the shadowy leader of the Hausaga Syndicate and by all records has been since the founding. It is unknown whether the name Ursus denotes a passed down title like The Law or an individual like Person: The Law. What is known has been gleaned from communications and interrogations of low-level operatives.
Ursus is said to be a large, muscular man and incredibly fierce. He is said to speak with a deep, strangely accented voice and have arms the size of tree trunks. He is said to be hairy bearded man like a bear (thus the name), though this information may not be from a valid source.
Ursus seems to lead the Syndicate's actions personally as all communications captured have been addressed directly to him, though this may also be a feint to keep information about the organization structure limited.
