Caraballa (Care-Balla)

Caraballe is the main city of the Tritons and it includes a biodome that houses King Merladon’s private garden and his own Ruby Jewel Minga Melons.

Carabelle Castle 

Fifteen slim, round towers reach twice the height of the next tallest building in this elegant castle and are connected by enormous, heavy walls made of light pink stone. Rough windows are scattered here and there across the walls in an asymmetric pattern, along with asymmetric crenelations for harpoon gunners.
A moderate gate with broad metal doors, but it's not the only way in when you know the castle's secret passages.

The City and Biodomes

The city sprawls around Castle Caraballa Parts of the city are out and under the water and other parts are under large glass domes that house land-dwellers. The domes are pressurized and house gardens and a menagerie of creatures are all brought down for the Tritons to enjoy.  There is even an extensive library here with texts that truly have never seen the light of day. 

Mail Carriers

One of the more fascinating cutest creatures of the Deeps that reside in Caraballa are the Deep Sea Otters. These tenacious creatures carry posts for all undersea dwellers. They wear yellow sashes and are protected by royal decree. Hunting them is strictly prohibited and the penalty is death.

Culture

Aquarii were a very proud people, with many biases and preconceptions as a result of their way of life. Having spent centuries protecting the world from supposed great evils under the sea, they believed they were entitled to a certain amount of fealty and respect from other races
