The Black Dragon Guild is an organization publically known to indulge requests for illegal activities, with a significant presence in the realm of prisons with its incarcerated members “running things” behind bars. Its chieftain is an enigmatic mystery known only to its highest-ranking members, the captains who lord over the shadowy places in urban centers across the world.
Its members have no prejudice and recruit from all walks of life, status, and placement in society.
Certain stores and businesses operate as legal fronts for the Black Dragons, namely several mom n pop bakeries that have been rumored to be safe houses of a sort for members in transit.
