The Siege of Giant's Gulch
Giant's Gulch, nestled on the border of Stormer and Uzrash, is a rugged terrain inhabited by a community of several hundred giants. The area is known for its high cliffs, deep ravines and sprawling forests. Despite clearly established borders, the orcs coveted this land for themselves, sparking a fierce battle that raged for years.
This contested region is in close proximity to the bountiful Thunderfall Valley, abundant with valuable resources. The Giants here lived in harmony with the land. Despite seeming primitive to outsiders the Giants of the Gulch, they are cultured with ancient rituals, songs of old the gods and deeply understand nature of land in ways that other do not. The Orcs with obession for conquest and expansion drove them to start this seige.
Furthermore, there are speculations that the Cult of Calamity may have initiated this siege to mask their malicious endeavors. Although the siege was bloody, the giants proved to be valuable allies to Stormer in the conflict. Many were lost on both sides and perhaps that was onlyy thing stopping the tide from turning.
