Tulo (Too-Low)

Tulo, revered as the god of the Forge and trade craft, is a primordial deity associated with creation, craftsmanship, and the mastery of trade. His divine essence is deeply intertwined with the ancient mountains of the Craglands, where he is said to have carved his way from the very heart of the earth. Tulo’s legacy is embedded in the history and culture of the dwarves and gnomes, who honor him as the divine patron of their craft.   Story:   Legend holds that Tulo was born within the depths of a colossal mountain, his emergence marked by the forging of the world itself. As he carved his way out of the mountain, he discovered veins of precious ores and minerals, which he used to craft the first tools. This act of creation was a gift to the dwarves and gnomes of the Craglands, who revered him for his ingenuity and generosity.   The four mountains of the Craglands, sacred to Tulo, are believed to date back to the very dawn of creation. Despite having changed names over millennia, they remain holy sites where Tulo’s influence is still felt. These mountains symbolize the divine bond between the earth and the craft, embodying Tulo’s eternal presence in the lives of his worshippers.   Prayer:   "May the fire of the forge stay hot, May crafts be made well, May Tulo guide me in my efforts."   Legacy:   Tulo’s influence extends beyond the realms of craftsmanship and trade. His teachings have shaped the cultural practices of the dwarves and gnomes, emphasizing the importance of skill, dedication, and respect for materials. His divine presence continues to inspire artisans and craftsmen, reminding them of the sacred nature of their work and the enduring legacy of creation.   In the heart of the Craglands and beyond, Tulo stands as a symbol of the divine artistry that shapes the world.
