The God of Curses, Diseases and Pestilence is said to have a hand for every possible form of mass-suffering in the mortal realm. He is most often worshipped as an attempt to rid an individual of an affliction or a community of a plight over which Pestilence may have control. These prayers often include offerings to Pestilence as a means of bargaining with Him.
