Seasons in the Veil

There are two seasons in The Veil, the Wet Season and the Dry Season, each lasting for half the year. The differences between the two are stark with next to no rain falling during the Dry months. The transitions between the seasons (known as Ebb and Flow) are traditionally celebrated across the Veil.
The Flow of a new Wet Season is recognised as the first day when any amount of rain falls (although the first day's rainfall is often torrential).
The Ebb of a new Dry Season is recognised as the first full day with no rainfall at all.
