The Veiled Custodians

The Veiled Custodians are based in the city of Garrigill and govern over The Veil. The Custodians dress in grey robes with veils covering their faces. They are rarely seen in public with the exception of dealing with severe criminal investigations, such as those relating to acts of Treason against The Queen of the Veil. Those who have caught a glimpse of the Custodians say that they move so smoothly and silently that they almost appear to float above the ground.
