The Velia Plague

The town of Yeva has a problem, except they don't know they do yet. One of their young citizens has gone missing, but she tends to run away, so she may have just finally escaped, right? Apparently not, her remains were found at the edge of the town, with a note, it reads.   To the Group which roams the land, Can you hear the falling of the sand? The sand of time tells the fate for this little town. Only if you find me, Will you stop the plague, which I release upon Yeva in three dawns.
