New Dubril City is the capital of Dubrillion, expanded from a city called Slentin. It became a booming destination for the city's elite that effectively turned the city into a corporate heaven, reaping the materials from the planet's crust the last few years without compensation back to nature. A true corporate nobility paradise, where the noble families all clash to gain the most income. The more facilities one owns, the higher their title will be. A dukedom in this city is not merely a city block, it is a set amount of income that your personal company has each year. The one with the most revenue each year has become the Mayor and the de facto leader of the world. In current times it has become Severin of the Antiochia house. Defeating House Mysd with mere thousands in revenue at the tally election.
The city is spread up in numerous counties, dukedoms and other titles that the nobility hold. Any citizen can rise up to the nobility through the ancient custom of buyable titles. Most titles are not hereditary and need to be bought as a license for oneself or their children. Only that way, a parent can give their lands to their children or otherwise heirs. Street wars are a common occurance where numerous cloaked and masked figures brawl in the streets with heavy violence, showing the decadent lifestyles the nobles live where they are mostly out of harm. These gangs fighting for their lords are known as Knightly Orders, yet are effectively nothing more than street level gangs.
The largest one of these orders is aligned to House Antiochia and called the Order of Her Blessed Tila, the Virgin of Antiochia, the Mother of our Savior Savorin, the Holy Avatar of her Ladyship Savorina. Named after Tila, the founder of House Antiochia.
