General Summary
Rising tension! The illness on Maruha V continues to strain its people. Narsi and Bill intervened to save one hopeless couple, meanwhile Keshling discovered that Ellis’ sick daughter was among the passengers taken by Brink’s pirates.
On the morning of the operation, the party are told that Miks has fallen ill. Refusing to show himself enrages Keshling, she threatens to abandon the job and find him herself, by any means necessary. In the end Narsi is allowed to visit Miks to keep a tentative peace.
The kidnap of Superintendent Cindt went smoothly but Narsi must now fulfil Miks secret objective as she promised. Will the integrity of the newfound party survive the search for the Spider….
