In this adventure module, you'll explore the Ward, a large continent surrounded by an impenetrable cloud sea. Once upon a time, humans lived among many other amazing creatures. However, disagreements led to a terrible war between humans and dragons. The war was so devastating that it destroyed dragonkind and scattered human societies.
Shocked by the destruction, the Watcher, a powerful force that oversees the world, decided to banish humans from their original home, the Old World. In an instant, all humans were moved to a new place, surrounded by a cloud barrier. This area, known as the Ward, serves as a prison for humanity, keeping them apart from the world they once knew.
