Freslorfer Gesilbirt, Castellan of Welb, is looking to cut of Welb from its last stronghold, Rylsch by collapsing the tunnels to the highlands. The collapsing tunnel kills him, his engineers, and accomplishes nothing as the roads just reroute through a nearby valley
