Duke Jüst, being beaten by Plensch's defenses, retreats and raids the White Peaks for several years, corroding the people's faith in Baron Kylmen. This comes to a head when Baron Kylmen is drawn out and beaten by the Duke in battle. Not a severe defeat but enough.
