Harriers

Realizing that a Heiwia attack is imminent, Baron Wulfhard turns the war chest that was meant to reconnect Loch with Hugu towards repairing defenses, roads, and adding watch towers. He also founds an order of road wardens, lead by Captain Girhold, to patrol the roads and serve as scouts and harriers.
