Loch Secret Police

Under the oversite of Baron Locher Amalroc a band of secret police were formed to hunt down and punish Fatherlings. They were effective in reducing the cults influence although were later turned on others enemies of the state In an effort to gain some prestiage, Baroness Dechdter Irmintrydi commissions the thief Goatherd Liutger to steal the Knucklebones of St Mionu from Loch. Liutger is captured by the secret police and killed. The problem with secret police is that, once you got em, you want to use them, so Baron Locher Thiudimor leverages his contacts in the iron trade to help his police infiltrate the nearby baronies
