Current Agenda
Disunited "Faction" Monsters will always divide their Power evenly to oppose any Factions that are working against them. This might even include opposing itself (like in the case of a monster trying to unite all the monster clans).
Eternal Faction Because of Invasions and immigrations, monsters will always ben an endemic problem. Should this Faction be reduced to 0 Power it is destroyed but not permanently; its Current Agenda becomes "Re-establish itself in the area". Gaining 1 Power represents new monsters entering the area.

Additional Notes
Pig-faced orcs, giant bugs, & murderous fey.
The most common monsters in the area are the
grunzen,
giant centipedes, and
redcaps.
These are not a unified faction - even the grunzen tribes fight primarily amongst themselves - but, as a total, they represent a threat. This division is represented by the special rule below.
