Ancestor Cult, they put a huge emphasis on knowing and performing rituals correctly.

Hierarchy & Leadership
The sect very much focuses on the ashcaller as the source of truth and knowledge. The heads of families are inferior and below ashcallers.
As such, ashcallers will often embbed themselves in a community or as the center of multiple tribes. The position of ashcaller and clanhead are one and the same in many places. Ashcallers in the Just Way are often transplants from other tribes, taken on as wards and apprentices by the senior ashcaller at a young age. When the senior dies, the apprentice takes over their role in the tribe.
