Rarity
Rarity Points
Each time a player creates a character they get 4 Rarity Points, these points are split across all characters that the player controls and so a player can make 2 characters and give one all their rarity points if they wish. A player may also design a single organization complete with NPCs, once it's fully entered into World Anvil they get to add 8 rarity points to their pool. This represents special access to items and things throughout the world. In the case of a Rare Ancestry you gain access to the ancestry’s language and religion as if they were common if you spend your points to get the ancestry

Languages
Language rarity is one of the more fluid rarity scales, In general the list works as follows. If your character's ancestry lists an Uncommon or Rare language in it's "can learn at creation" block then that language is considered Common to you. If it doesn't list such a language use the following rules. Also characters may freely choose undercommon to replaces one of their starting languages (even common) if they come from a lower class background.
