We did it.
We took on Scabitha and won!
I'm honestly not sure if I should be celebrating.
I did really think that we were going to die for sure if we ran into her, and EJ almost did! Like three whole times!
And he's the strongest person I know!!!
And honestly, it's thanks to him that we had such an easy time dealing with her.
I had wanted to question her before we took a look around, but it seems like she won't be awake for a while.
We took a look around her room and...
Alya and I both recovered out lost things, as well as... well, I assume she remembered something as well.
That woman in my memory... the baby doll that became a real child... Alya's silence as she left the room...
I'm sure she must know my secret now.
This is what I've feared. The day I hoped would never come.
I told myself that if ever I found her, I would leave.
It's only fair, right?
I thought I would be ready

how could I be?
I need to be sure though.

Whirldwind
A lot has been happening lately, hasn't it?
Last time, we were going to sneak back into Scabitha's house but she was sitting there waiting for us.
I don't really want to make a deal with her, but I wonder if Alya and I will be able to recover our lost things unless we do...
I don't even remember what I've lost, though, maybe I have an idea...
We flew back to Hither and met an unpleasant old hermit named Sprig.
I wonder how he knew so much about us... was it magic? Surely it must be.
He called me a liar and... I... I suppose I have been a liar this whole time. I tell myself that it's to protect Alya.
Everything I do is for her. But maybe that's also a lie.
Is trying to live like this selfish?
It's too late though.
I'm in too deep.
And Sprig knew about me. What I really am.
I've fooled everyone until now. Or so I thought, but the way the hags stare at me... I get the feeling they understand as well.
I've tried to hard, all my life, but in the end, does it even matter?
Anyways, we looked all over Hither for that unicorn horn, but it turns out that Bavlorna said her other sister Endlayn (or whatever) has it, so new we really have to go back to Loomlurch and get that boggle oil.
We promised Will that we would free the rest of the children as well, so we've got to do that too....
Violet is so bloodthirsty. She really wants to kill the next hag we encounter but... that seems difficult. Scabitha especially gives me a bad feeling.
I told Violet that if we ran into Scabitha, we could fight her if she wanted, but I'm still not so sure it's a good idea.
I think all of these hags like to mess with each other, but they're still sisters. If we kill one, will we make an enemy of all of them?
And then there's the matter of... my own predicament.
Given Scabitha's... chosen occupation... what if she knows something?

We returned our little mushroom friend home, which was sad. I'm gonna miss him.
but at least he didn't have to see me like this.
We found a safe place for those kids we freed from Scabitha... and we're going back for the rest, but...
I don't see how doing any good deeds will make me feel better about what I've done...
Defeat the Timey-Wimey Coven
Y'all, I almost got eaten by a big gross snake. Like... would not recommend. 0/10
When they died like... one of them turned to stone and the other turned into flowers. I wonder if that'll happen to us too... if we die here...
So like, this place didn't always used to be a swamp, I guess?
That witch moved in here and made it all gross and stopped time in the castle where that fey lady lives?
Anyway, that balloon we saw crash was carrying a little dragon dude, and he told us we had to murder her (the witch), which like... seems fair, I guess.
The spirits we met by the well said they didn't think killing her was a viable option at first, so maybe there's another way....
Also, that dragon dude was locked in a magical cage and we took him to this goblin named Jingle Jangles and omg, I would fucking die for Jingle Jangles.
She will be in my thoughts always. Jingling. Jangling.
I hope we can find an excuse to go see her again... @__@
Also, note to self, gotta find out that snail's name. I love our snail.
Also also, apparently the water can get real deep, so gotta remember to find a boat from somewhere... a big boat... for our snail....

We did it! We stole the pocket watch from Mr. Witch.
Honestly, a very cool heist we pulled. Super proud of all of us.
We turned really small in the pixie kingdom and I distracted Thako while everyone else snuck inside and did the deed.
I hope we get to do another one. >:3
When they learned it was us though, Mr. Witch and Mr. Light both turned all spooky and I was legit scared for a bit.
Luckily it all turned out okay.
It still sucks though because we couldn't really get anything out of them except a cryptic riddle about the future and the past and also... fixing an alicorn? whatever that is.
(Oh but I did learn that they used to run a *different* carnival that's like spooky and horror themed??? And Like, I WANT TO SEE IT???? Like Low-key??? omg why wouldn't they tell me about it? ):
But we walked through the magic mirror in the hall of illusions and ended up in Pris... Prism... the place we're trying to go. So I guess that's a step in the right direction at least...
Met a bunch of bunny guys. Not quite like Pipis, but like, they were kinda funny.
Apparently, EJ has a rival now? Like a kung fu rival like in the movies. That's cool.
Anyways, we're off to go check out a balloon that crashed over by that weird leaning tower.

She ended up making us promise to go find some fey lady in... prisma... primat... some prism place.
Speaking of those carnival guys, they're totally sus. They won the carnival in a card game??? In shadowfell????
Apparently they have some sort of deal with the "Hourglass Coven" whatever that is.
That bugbear, Burly I think it was?? He said that we've gotta steal Mr. Witch's watch if we wanna know more... I wasn't planning on making a weekend out of this, but I guess we've got no choice. :)
Plus like... this place is pretty rad, ngl.
And like... that mime guy... Candlefoot or whatever... When he was all sad he turned super pale like I do sometimes.
Ugh, I don't even know how to bring something like that up. It's not like I know him and I don't wanna be all weird especially now that he's all happy about getting married and stuff...

Also, I can't believe that Alya became the carnival monarch or whatever (lol, I can because I voted for her actually, she hated it, it was great)
I've got to remember to tell mom to call her the Custard Queen from now on.
Also, omg. I thought violet was super cool, but she killed a man! A frog man... thing!!!
