Elvenguard

Celerind is the homeland of the Elves but it is not a country. It's an area, a region of the world. The Elves live in a completely different society than the Theocracy, so they do not need government as such.
However, with the war, the need to be directed became vital. After the victory of the battle of Baram, the elves met to form the guard for the Elves: Elvenguard, a council of strategists and masters in the arts of war. Although non-combatants, they revived the Elves and took the helm of the Baram Alliance.
