Elite soldier of Rande's Opponents Neutralization Unit (a.k.a. O.N.U.), England is an officer of the Rande's army.
England is a fresh, young man who love wild-punk culture and rock. He remembers how great he was, and the glorious victories he had, but that does not make him stupid.

An intrepid young man

Throughout his childhood, England was always turbulent, violent, provocative, he was always the source of fights. He always admired France and always tried to be like him. Although robust, he was never able to join Rande's army, nor even the guard of the wall because his personality was too volatile. He trained day and night to become strong and even learned some magic tricks to strengthen his fighting style. After reaching a certain level of power, he was integrated into the army to keep him under control but again, his volatile personality was a problem. Always on the lookout for a conflict, he wounded several allies and when he was about to be disbarred, a character appeared. France provoked him into a duel with as conditions that if one of the two wins, the winner to dispose as he wishes of the other. Playful, England threw himself into the fray but lost.
