These are rings imbued with magic. There are several types but there is no power level. A ring of magic allows its bearer to cast a spell without knowing it. A ring can have a spell of any power and can be used without counterfeiting or using magic. However, it takes a little time to recharge and the powerful spells drain the user's strength that can make him faint.
