Rogue's Collective

This semi-secret faction consists of the best thieves, assassins, and spies the Wode has ever seen. Entrance usually requires a task that fits a person's skill set as well as one that is not, such as an assassin will get an assassin task as well as a thief task, by someone who is already a member. Members enjoy contract boards, trainers, and discount equipment. As the rogues tend to be distrustful and selfish, the factions have no defined hierarchy and each outpost must accept each member individually. Entrance in the collective in one town gives you a shortcut into another town's outpost, but one task must still be performed to prove oneself to the local group. Contract boards are filled by people using drop off points that any member of the collective is bound to pick up from and bring to the local board unless they take the contract themselves. The collective houses are usually secret locations only those that know thieves cant can find and staffed by retired members.
