The Confulgration

A group of high powered wizards that attempt to control the access to all arcane study by holding the ruling seats of all wizard guilds and schools. They claim that their orders have existed since the time of creation and say that Dresdén, the god of arcane magic, is their true head. In function though, the group is headed by a few elven and human wizards mainly, though gnomes have been known to find seats on the ruling council. They hate and attempt to stop any unsanctioned arcane study or power, and by unsanctioned they really mean not under their control.
